How products are chosen

I only link to equipment I own and use, or to an ingredient I actually buy. A commission has never decided what goes in a recipe. If a cheap pan does the job, the recipe says so.

Labelling

Affiliate links carry `rel="sponsored nofollow"` attributes, and pages containing affiliate content show a short disclosure near the first affiliate block. Sponsored or paid content, if it ever appears, is clearly labelled as such at the top of the page.
