What is protected

All original photographs, written recipe introductions, method descriptions, explanatory callouts, FAQs and other editorial writing on this site are the copyright of Billie Nabeel Tabassum and may not be reproduced, republished or redistributed in whole or in substantial part without written permission. That includes reposting photographs to social media as your own, copying a recipe page onto another website, and feeding the content into a product that reproduces it.

What is not protected in the same way

A bare list of ingredients, and the basic functional steps of a culinary process, are not protected by copyright in the same way as original expressive writing and photography. Cooking is a shared tradition and nobody owns lobia. If you cook one of these recipes and write it up in your own words and photograph your own version, that is welcome – a link back is appreciated but not legally required.
